We empower struggling dog owners with much-needed support, techniques, and tools putting an end to the frustration their dog has created in their life. We do so with the utmost integrity and a sincere desire to help people and their dogs over the long term.
You'll start by shadowing our local trainer (DeShaun) and you'll have access to our very extensive online course. Then you will travel to Charlotte NC for additional hands on training.
35K per year starting compensation.
Must be living in Seattle or willing to move. No experience needed. All training will be provided.
Must be open to using ecollars and prong collars. Plus all the positive methods.

Can be anywhere in the USA. Our Sales people take phone calls from struggling dog owners who need help. You will give them hope, and in most cases book them in for a free evaluation with one of our trainers.
If you enjoy speaking with people from all over the country and can turn a regular conversation into revenue for the company, we might have the perfect job for you. As a telephone sales representative, you answer incoming calls and work with customers to educate them about our services. A telephone sales representative must be passionate about what our company has to offer and truly believe in the vision we sell. This excitement must come through on every call to guarantee that customers enjoy speaking to you and want to learn more about the company. As a telephone sales representative, you can relax and enjoy your day at home while making connections all over the country.
Job Responsibilities-
Encourage customers to buy services by using a prepared script to reference important parts of what the company offers.
Go off-script when necessary to build a relationship with customers or answer any questions they have not addressed in the script.
Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about services.
Update database with new information every time a customer calls, and back up data regularly to protect sensitive customer information.
Complete forms and record logs to create accurate, detailed files for each customer, providing insight into the target audience and what they want from the company.
Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.
Boost morale in the office by encouraging other sales representatives and adopting a team mentality. You'll receive plenty of training, and be required to join our weekly calls on Wed nights to continue to learn and grow.
-Can work from home. (A quiet place to talk is a must)
-Can be anywhere in the USA, but must have great English
-Must be a people person and wants to help struggling down owners find the help they need.
-Must be able to fill out a basic spreadsheet to track your calls
-If you have knowledge about balanced dog training, this is a huge plus for us
- Must have some balanced dog training experience as a dog trainer or as a client.
- Must be incredibly reliable. We depend heavily on our Sales People.
- Must be able to have a quiet environment when working from home.
- Time off: One week off in year one, Two weeks in years 2,3,4,5 etc. Non paid time off. No benefits at this time. In year 2+ must be able to take only one week off at a time.
