You'll start by shadowing our local trainer (Justin) before taking on your own clients.

Mango dogs is a balanced dog training company with locations across USA and Canada. We work with all types of dogs everything from puppies to dogs with reactivity and aggression issues and behavioural issues.

We are looking for a hard-working dog-loving person to service dog training clients in the Austin TX metro area. A successful candidate does not need to have a history of training dogs as we provide all of that training at no cost. 

Must own a reliable car and have a driver's license and have a clean criminal record.
If you are against using correction when training a dog please do not apply. We are a balance training company that uses both positive and negative methods in training.

We're looking for a third person to help with phone sales. It's a full time job. Sat-Sun-Mon-Tues-Wed from 1pm to 9pm. (EST) Can be anywhere in the USA. Our Sales people take phone calls from struggling dog owners who need help. You will give them hope, and in most cases book them in for a free evaluation with one of our trainers. 

If you enjoy speaking with people from all over the country and can turn a regular conversation into revenue for the company, we might have the perfect job for you. As a telephone sales representative, you answer incoming calls and work with customers to educate them about our services. A telephone sales representative must be passionate about what our company has to offer and truly believe in the vision we sell. This excitement must come through on every call to guarantee that customers enjoy speaking to you and want to learn more about the company. As a telephone sales representative, you can relax and enjoy your day at home while making connections all over the country.

Job Responsibilities-
Encourage customers to buy services by using a prepared script to reference important parts of what the company offers.

Go off-script when necessary to build a relationship with customers or answer any questions they have not addressed in the script.
Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about services.

Update database with new information every time a customer calls, and back up data regularly to protect sensitive customer information.
Complete forms and record logs to create accurate, detailed files for each customer, providing insight into the target audience and what they want from the company.
Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.

Boost morale in the office by encouraging other sales representatives and adopting a team mentality. You'll receive plenty of training, and be required to join our weekly calls on Wed nights to continue to learn and grow. 

-Can work from home. (A quiet place to talk is a must) 
-Can be anywhere in the world, but must have great English
-Must be a people person and wants to help struggling down owners find the help they need.
-Must be able to fill out a basic spreadsheet to track your calls
-If you have knowledge about balanced dog training, this is a huge plus for us

• Must be incredibly reliable. We depend heavily on our Sales People. 
• Must be able to have a quiet environment when working from home.

• Compensation is based on your performance. Expect $35k+ USD plus bonuses.
